DESCRIPTION:The prerequisite to attending this training is that you have al
 ready attended an Ancient Paths Seminar with small group ministry. \nPhase
  1: Online Training (To be completed on own time at own pace) Cost $25.00 
 US - plus one additional live session on Wednesday\, Aug 12th 6:30-9:30 pm
 . \nPhase 2 &amp\; 3: Facilitator Intensive Training $125/person $250/cou
 ple for the live training.  Phase 2 is scheduled for Thursday\, August 13
 th 8:30am to 4:30pm\; Friday\, August 14th 8:30am to 4:30pm.   Phase 3 i
 s scheduled for Saturday\, August 15th 8:30am to 6:30pm.  \nThis is an i
 ntensive time of teaching leaders and potential leaders how to identify pr
 oblems and allow the Holy Spirit to guide in effective prayer ministry thr
 ough small groups.\n\n\n\nPhase 1: TfM (The former Training for Ministry 
 Seminar is now the theory component of the training. Total of approx 8 hou
 rs completed online.)  Additional cost of $25.00 (US funds).  A link to 
 login in and register will be sent to you when you sign up for the SOM-FT.
 \nTopics include:\n\nAuthority and Leadership\nPhilosophy of Ministry \nP
 rocess of Ministry \nMinistering to Shame \nSteps of Blessing \nIdentif
 ying Strongholds\n\nPhase 2: FT – 4 Modules (These 4 modules are comple
 ted in 3 hour blocks – total 12 hours - and provide opportunity for hear
 t ministry as well as learning the Jesus Wonderful Counselor process to mi
 nister to the heart. The phase is completed with coaching segments.)\nTopi
 cs include:\n\nTransparency\nOffense \nGenerational Iniquity\nMarriage is
  a Covenant\nBlessing Name Card training\n\nPhase 3: Overcoming Anger Sem
 inar (This seminar is completed in a closed setting over a total of 10 hou
 rs. Each participant is assigned an opportunity to facilitate JWC ministry
  to the heart during a small group as well as receive ministry. This close
 d seminar also has coaching segments.\nTopics include:\n\nThe Anger Cycle\
 nIdentifying the Real Source of Anger\nThree key steps to overcoming anger
