Family Foundations Int’l CANADA (FFC) is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website and make use of our online facilities and services accurate, confidential, secure and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Family Foundations Int’l CANADA of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards.

FFC may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. Right of Access

You have the right to know whether we process personal information about you, and if we do, to access the data we hold about you.

All users who have created an account in our database have access to their personal information.  They can log in to the account they set up for themselves and view any personal history (Giving History, Commitments/Pledges, Order History, Recurring Payments, Incomplete Event Registrations, Completed Event Registrations, and Event Waiting History).  They can also access their profile and update any personal information (Update Address, Email & Phone, Communication Preferences, Email Subscriptions, or Change Passwords).

Retention of Personal Information

We retain your personal information to provide services to you and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations.  We will retain your personal information for no more than seven years following the later of (i) the date on which you terminate your use of your partnership or (ii) May 25, 2018, unless we are otherwise required by law or regulation to retain your personal information for longer.

Our website may contain links to affiliate and other websites. FFC does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. The aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our website.

Security

FFC shall endeavour and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.
